Call to Order - call to order at 7 pm by Karon Dunifin
Roll Call - Present - Sandy Morris,Morgan Coon, Amy Germain, Karon Dunifin, Zak Smit, Elyshia Shafer, Mimi Gabriel, Eric Alberda, Barb Wrobleski.
Absent - none
Approval of Agenda - Eric Alberta made motion, seconded by Mimi Gabriel
Public Comment - none
New Business –
- Board Trustee Office Elections - Barb Wrobelski made motion to keep same as last year. Seconded by Mimi Gabriel- all ayes.
- President - Karon Dunifin
- Vice President- Morgan Coon
- Treasurer -Mimi Gabriel
- Secretary - Amy Germain
