Programs Ongoing: Sticks & Strings group is meeting the 3rd Monday of the month (starting back up this month), book club, possibly garden club next year; August recap: all programs well attended, 1st Friday night at the library went over well, felting a wool dying classes full with wait list - everyone attended and would like a repeat, computer basics class was on laptops - demand increasing for computer classes; September: Wine making, Friday night at the library, self defense, cheese making, glass fusing, book making, hunters safety, fairy house building.
Publicity Up to 145 likes on Facebook (ask your friends to like us!), articles in the Globe, East Lake Campgrounds program, school open houses, , judging at Allegan fair, send information to the schools for newsletters, ArtsAlive finished up and we are waiting to see how we did

Volunteers 22 people have signed up for the Friends of the Library group so far and their next meeting October TBD, donated books still coming in,

Other New health care law: what it means to you talk by the state dept. of insurance and financial services (only one in Allegan County), starting work on the DDA funded bike rack, scheduling additional classes, new grant applications, presenting at MLA Annual Conference, discovery packs
Old Business - updated rental agreement, digital media lab policy, package acceptance policy,
New Business - meeting policy, little free libraries, website information, marketing opportunity
