· Per Hopkins Township Board request, copies of the original bills, i.e. gas, electricity, maintenance, etc. for the years 2006 through the present, showing vendor, date, service provided, amount, and proof of payment by library along with a spreadsheet for each corresponding year showing all bills listed, with vendors, dates, services, amounts, payment amounts by the library, and amount received from the township. Will be given to Hopkins Township clerk.
