November 12th,2013

1. Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM.

8. Old Business
Township / Library committee met and worked out a new agreement. There were a few minor revisions. Moved by Suzanne to approve the revised user agreement, seconded by Lynn Francis, all ayes.
Discussion was held on outstanding bills to the township. The Library will bill for the unpaid balance of 2013 by the end of December. The township is requesting the Hopkins District Library to withdraw the outstanding unpaid bill prior to 2013, or provide a new billing with documentation to support the balance due. The Library will put these issues on the Dec Agenda.
9. New Business
· Dorr township Library Board is interested in an informal gathering on Dec 9th at 7:30pm in Dorr. This will be an opportunity to meet and have a cookie swap.
